OUR STORY

The Taste of Tradition

In the heart of Italy, where cobbled streets echo with the rhythm of life, there exists a timeless tradition — Italian coffee. Caffè Adoro, inspired by the rich heritage of Italian craftsmanship, brings the soul of this tradition to your cup.

Our coffee embodies the spirit of la dolce vita, inviting you to savour the artistry, warmth and authenticity that defines Italian coffee culture. The Caffè Adoro story began in an Italian family kitchen, where coffee wasn’t just a drink — it was an experience that connects us to our heritage and to each other.

Brewing Methods, Made Simple.

Coffee brewing methods are the different techniques used to extract flavor and caffeine from ground coffee beans using water. Each method controls four key variables differently:

  1. Water temperature (195–205°F / 90–96°C is ideal)

  2. Grind size (from extra-fine to extra-coarse)

  3. Brewing time (30 seconds to 24 hours)

  4. Agitation (stirring, pouring technique, pressure)

The goal of any brewing method is to extract the desirable compounds (oils, acids, sugars, caffeine) while avoiding undesirable ones (excessive bitterness or sourness).
